Rough justice: 80 lashes for 'immoral' Iranian who abused alcohol and had sex | the Daily Mail
If we stop fighting tyrants and fanatics like most liberals would have us do is this what our children and grandchildren may have to look forward to here?

Urban Legends Reference Pages: A Tale of Two Houses

Here is a great story about liberal hypocrisy. No wonder Democrats can't be trusted.

Al. Listen buddy. If we don't increase drilling for more of our own oil and build more refineries, fuel prices will continue to rise to levels only rich folks like you and John Edwards can afford.
Everyone else will have to cut down all of the trees and burn them to cook and heat our homes.
Clinton/Obama Ticket?

Well, it looks like Mr. Obama is going for the kill. Mrs. Obama seemed to rip Hillary a new one when she said, “Our view is that if you can’t run your own house, you certainly can’t run the White House.”
Of course she claims that statement has nothing to do with Hillary but we believe it is a personal slap at Hillary's inability to get Bill to behave himself. My view is that any hope that Obama had of the VP spot on the ticket as a consolation prize is shot. Hillary don't forget. Obama crossed the line.
My prediction: A Clinton/Richardson ticket.
What I would really like to see is a Clinton/Gore ticket. There is nothing I would like better than to see Al lose again! He is already a nut case. Another loss would really push him over the edge.
Life is good.

Democrats: Surprise!
Once I heard a liberal on television (who's name escapes me) say of Ronald Reagan: "You may not agree with him, but you know when his head hits the pillow at night he really believes in what he is trying to do."
In other words he had a message and he believed in it.
The problem with democrats is they change with the wind direction depending on who they are talking to. Very few democrats have the guts to state their positions and stick to them. One exception is Lieberman.
Most democrats don't believe in their own message. Why should we?
In 2006 many Republicans sat on their wallets. Some didn't even bother to vote. It was the first election cycle that I didn't send a dime to any republican candidates. Our republican controlled congress and President Bush didn't do what we sent them to do: Control spending, stop illegal immigration and expand reliable energy sources.
We wanted to send a message. That message has been sent. Now it is time to get back to business.
If Democrats think 2008 will be a cakewalk they are in for a rude awakening.

Sean Penn
What is it with Sean Penn. He has benefited from the freedom that George Bush is trying to protect. Now he is chumming up with the commie dictator Chavez. If Penn lived in Venezuela and criticized Chavez like he criticizes Bush he would probably disappear without a trace.
What is it with liberals supporting commies, dictators and religious fanatics? Don't they know their lifestyle would be totally destroyed if these despots were in power?
